We built the websites, wrote the ads, sent the messages, watched the numbers, and billed the owner again the next month. Then we did it again.
Every one of those jobs used to need a person. Somebody had to write each message, send it, check the number, and remember what came next. An owner couldn't hand that to whoever answers the phone, so the outside company stayed, and the bill stayed with it.
Then the software changed what one person inside an office could handle. A message could be written once and sent when something happened. A missed caller could hear back in seconds. A customer who never decided could get another message without anybody digging through a database. A sales call could be recorded and written out without a second person sitting beside the phone.
The software didn't replace judgment. It cut down the repetitive work an outside company had to do over again every month.
An outside company lives on that monthly income. Build the work once, teach the owner's office to run it, leave, and the income stops. So hardly anybody in this industry offers it, and for years we didn't either.
That doesn't make the work worth nothing. Building it is the hard part, and teaching your people to run it is harder still. Both take judgment, and both are worth paying for properly.
What doesn't need a bill every month is the running. That used to take somebody a week. Now it's an ordinary job for a person already on your payroll.
Once we'd seen that plainly, we couldn't keep charging by the month for it.
So we changed what we sell
Not everything an outside company does can be handed over. Some work takes judgment somebody spent years learning, and some owners would rather another company stayed responsible for it. But nobody should pay every month forever for written messages, timing, instructions and ordinary follow-up that one person in the office can learn to run. So we started from a different question: what should you still have after we leave? We build the three parts that are missing, teach one person in your business to run them, and finish.
We don't sell leads by the lead.
You're buying a system your business keeps, not a supply you have to re-order.
We don't install anything that disappears when the payments stop.
It's built inside your business, and it runs whether or not we're still around.
We don't keep the accounts in our name.
Every one is yours from the start, so leaving is easy if you want to.
We don't hand you a report only we know how to produce.
Your own people make it from your own figures after we go.
We don't call one training meeting a handover.
Your people take it over in the fourth month while we're still there, pass three written checks, and run a full week on their own with no prompts from us.
We've spent more than 30 years marketing local service businesses. For 14 of those years we ran the agency and billed several hundred owners by the month. Across the team it's over 100 years in this market, online and off.
Those numbers aren't here to sound impressive. They're the reason we're willing to say something a company still sending you an invoice probably won't: some of what you pay for every month shouldn't need a monthly payment at all.
We didn't work that out from a distance. We sold it for years first, and that's what tells us what an honest install has to leave behind. Every account in your name. Every instruction written down. One person in your office who understands each job, and who shows us they can do it before we go.
Neovora has set the bar high. They have far surpassed our expectations. They have been a pleasure to work with and have left all the other marketing companies we have worked with in the past in the shadows. We can say without a doubt that we extremely happy with Neovora’s team and marketing strategies.
First we check whether your area is still open, because we only build this for one business per zone. Then a few questions about how your business runs.
On the same call we work the math through on one example, and then answer your questions. If it's worth going further, we schedule a time to go through last month's figures with you and show you what they reveal.
