The Cornerstone

Getting chosen. Affording the next one. Not losing the ones you already have.

Every company that wants your marketing money sells you the same thing: more. More SEO, more ads, more posts, more leads. Not one of them sells the three things that decide whether you grow.

The first stone. Set once. The mason leaves.

Three things decide whether you grow

Everything you spend on getting customers, the ads, the posts, the search traffic, the quotes you send, sits on top of three things: whether a customer has a reason to pick you, whether you know how fast you recover what one costs you to get and serve, and whether the customers you have and the ones who nearly bought are asked back instead of forgotten.

They aren't three services. They're three causes of one gap: you want to grow, but the business isn't set up to support it. That's why this is one system and not three.

What happens while we set up your system

We need less of your time than you're probably used to, and most of it only at the beginning, where what you decide sets the momentum of everything we build for you.

01

Month one

All three pieces get built and switched on, and your business starts running on them. Your time goes here, at the beginning, deciding what your business stands for. By the end of the month you're looking at your real recovery numbers rather than guessing how it went.

02

Month two

The three go to work on systems like selling, follow-up, hiring, etc. The people you're getting to come back in, the quotes that should be turning into jobs, and even automatically filtering the best applicant.

03

Month three

Your people learn to run all three. Not a manual, and not a login handed over on the last day. Recorded sessions with your staff on the system they'll be be able to run themselves after we're done.

04

Month four

Your office runs everything and we're there for questions. We correct what goes wrong while there's still time to put it right, and we hand it over once they've run a full month of it themselves.

What's different by the time we finish

Your business stops being weather.

Chances are each month has been something that happens to you. A good month and you couldn't have said why. A slow one and you couldn't either, so you bought more of something and waited to see. Now it's one page you can read, built from your own figures with the math printed beside them, and the week the invoices go out you sleep properly.

You also stop being the only person in the building who can run any of this. Somebody else knows how the whole thing runs, has done it for a month with us watching, and would keep it going if you were away for three weeks. That's a weight you've probably carried a long time.

The monthly bills and the missed opportunities.
It's the endless cost.

What are you spending on right now to get more clients, to communicate with all of them - even the ones that are just researching or those who saw you a month or so ago?

For some that's a marketing company's bill. For others it's what goes on the card for ads, plus the nights you spend doing it yourself. That's the cheapest part, actually.

The software costs the same in a slow month as a busy one. Then there's whoever does the follow-up - and when everyone's job to do it, nobody does it. So the missed calls and the quotes that happened on Monday are both still sitting there on Friday.

One price, and then the build is finished

Add all the pieces of the system up and you could see how we could easily charge $25,000 for the whole system + hours of personalized training. It comes in under that. And we don't charge any monthly fee at the end.

One price for the whole build, paid up front or within the first 90 days, and the same for every business we build it for. And if you'd rather not pay your own people to run it, they don't have to. You'll see every option before you sign anything. Either way it's your asset.

Start with 15 minutes

First we check whether your area is still open, because we only build this for one business per zone. Then a few questions about how your business runs.

On the same call we work the math through on one example, and then answer your questions. If it's worth going further, we schedule a time to go through last month's figures with you and show you what they reveal.
