They call four of you.
They pick the cheapest.
Because nothing else looked different.

Your customers already wrote the answer. They know why they picked you and why they keep coming back, and almost nobody treats what they say as the thing that sets them apart.

Three things decide whether you grow: the one thing your customers praise you for, a page each month that shows whether the money you spent getting a customer came back, and the follow-up your own office runs so no quote goes quiet. All three work together.

This is the whole method for finding it, every step in the order we run it, and we send it free.

Nobody remembers the price. They remember how it felt.

Two uniformed attendants filling and cleaning a car at a 1950s service station

You've seen it in the movies...

A family pulls into a gas station and four attendants come out at once. One checks the oil... two air up the tires (one on each side for efficiency)... one fills the tank... one washes the windshield... and one greets the happy customers... asking if there's anything else they may need on this fine day.

Not one of those men was doing anything remarkable. That was the job. And people still tell that story seventy years later... which tells you it was never really about the gasoline.

That feeling is the difference. Not the word "integrity" or "quality" on a website, which every company in your trade has already used.

Your business is doing something incredible right now and you probably don't even notice.

To you that's a Tuesday. To your customer it's the reason she told three friends at work and the barista at Starbucks about you this morning, and it'll be the only part of the transaction she remembers next year.

You'd never write that sentence about yourself, because from inside, that's just how you and your team do things. But it's all there. Your customers have already written it, in reviews, in their groups, in what they repeat to their neighbors.

Below is how we get it out of them, find the one that belongs to you alone, and put it in front of the people who are dying to experience that feeling too.

Phrases customers use in reviews: I'd been burned twice before, I love using my kitchen again, I finally knew what was wrong, nobody had ever explained it, he stopped hating Tuesdays, she raised her hand in class, his shots never hurt

A customer wrote every one of those lines. Almost none of them ever make it onto a website.

Go look at your own site. Then open the three companies that come up next to you in the search.

“Best service.” “Great prices.” “Licensed and insured.” “Family owned since whenever.”

Four businesses saying the same four things. And when nobody can tell you apart, price is the only thing left to compare.

That's the part that stings. You were never the cheapest and you never tried to be.

You're the one who called her back at 7pm. She knows. She told her sister. It just never made it onto the page where the next customer is looking.

So here's what we did. We wrote down exactly how we find that thing and put it to work. The whole process, start to finish, the same one we run when we do it for somebody. Not an overview... not a teaser with the good part held back for a phone call.

When you're finished you'll have two things. One sentence you can say on the phone without having to think about it. And a page your office writes from, so the newest person answering your phone sounds like the business on her first day.

And you'll know the second you land it. You read the line, you go quiet for a second, and then you say, “That's right. That's exactly right.” And right behind it, “I never would have come up with that on my own.”

That's the moment. It's how you know you've got the real thing and not another slogan.

Now, why would we hand over the thing we get paid for? Fair question. Because we get paid once to build the whole system, we teach your office to run it, and then we're finished. But this first piece is the one that changes how your business sounds to a stranger, and we want it in as many owners' hands as we can get it. And when you see what this one piece does, you'll want to know what the rest of it does.

Your business email, so we can send you the process.

Your business number, because in a few days we'll call you to see how it went and what you found. And if you want to see how powerful the second step is, then we can have a quick 15 minute call to see if it fits for your business.

Where should we send it?

Start with 15 minutes

First we check whether your area is still open, because we only build this for one business per zone. Then a few questions about how your business runs.

On the same call we work the math through on one example, and then answer your questions. If it's worth going further, we schedule a time to go through last month's figures with you and show you what they reveal.
